Towns of South-East Spain - Costa Blanca South
Playa Flamenca
Playa
Flamenca seems to offer so much to so many people.
From Alicante airport, take the N332 road to Cartagena and
after 35 minutes you be in Playa Flamenca, alternatively it’s
an easy 25 minute run from Murcia – San Javia airport
in Costa Calida.
Playa Flamenca is a residential area close to the blue flag
beaches with waterspouts and all of the useful holiday activities,
including tennis, horse riding and a great gymnasium.
It’s a great base to reach all that the region has
to offer - from the mud baths of the Mar Menor in the South
to the excitement of Alicante in the North.
Playa Flamenca has 10 or more restaurants and bars and a
fabulous Saturday market with over 250 stalls. There are ample
supermarkets and general stores with good parking facilities.
Golfers will love Playa Flamenca for its proximity to Villamartin,
Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses with their superb facilities,
which include; Club Hire, Buggie Hire, Driving Range, Putting
Green, Pro shops and club houses. If you want to drive further
afield you can enjoy La Finca and Marquesa courses about 30
minutes away.
The roads and avenues are wide and open and lined with palm
trees and shrubs, making the whole area feel very inviting
and relaxing, perhaps this is why our customers often find
a property to fall in love with there.
Time and time again we are told that Playa Flamenca is a
great place to live in harmony with Spanish, Nordic and English
people.
Playa Flamenca has a good infrastructure; there are some
excellent schools here and very good medical facilities so
not surprisingly the residential area is well established.
There’s not much new development going on but there
are still the odd property gems to be found and we always
have a good range of resale and key ready property just waiting
for you to move in.
