1 to 1 Viewing Trip

£99.00 per person for hotel accommodation & flights

We are a family run business and we don’t do high-pressure sales tactics - so you have our personal guarantee that you wont feel under any obligation during your viewing trip.

We want to understand what you are looking for and as an independent Company we can be very flexible so we will tailor the trip to suit you - but here’s the format of a typical viewing trip:

• You can fly from any airport in the UK
• You can come over any day of the week – we don’t mind (but remember Sunday is not a full viewing day)
• We will meet you at the airport in Spain
• We will take you to your accommodation and let you get settled
• 2 – 3 or 4 nights hotel accommodation for 2 adults
• You’ll be taken around the areas that you want to see
• You’ll have the services of a Spanish Property expert for the duration of your stay free of charge
• Transportation to all property viewings will be provided in a nice comfortable air conditioned car – not a mini bus!
• Free consultation with the Spanish Property Lawyer
• Introduction to support network for all the practical things

You’ll get time to yourself, which is good reflection time but part of your agreement with us is that you don’t use the free time to visit other real estate agents – that really wouldn’t be very fair.

We won't spend the evenings with you unless you want us to

When you are back in the UK we will be there to support you throughout the rest of the buying process and we will meet up with you again when you come back over to Spain to pick up the keys!!!!!!
